Dobre Ciepło is enriched hard coal from the Karaganda Coal Basin in Kazakhstan. We import the raw material, beneficiate it in our own plant, package it at Polish terminals and deliver with full documentation. From a few pallets to full HGV loads — Poland and Europe.

Zhalyn deposit, Ulytau Region, Kazakhstan. Open-cast mining — single raw material source, constant chemical composition. Documented reserves: 32,914,000 tonnes (average ash content Ar: 12%).
Our own mechanical processing plant. The process raises calorific value, lowers ash content and removes gangue. Processing capacity: 1,100,000 t/year (150 t/h nominal). The product leaving the plant is a clean concentrate.
Additional mechanical screening at Polish terminals — removal of undersize and oversize. Packaging: 20 kg bags, 50 units on a 1000 kg euro-pallet, stretch wrap.

All Dobre Ciepło coal comes from the Karaganda Coal Basin in Kazakhstan. We do not blend raw material from different sources — this means a constant chemical composition, a repeatable ash melting temperature and uniform combustion behaviour. The technical parameters shown in the specification repeat batch to batch.
Every batch is covered by a quality certificate from INCOLAB SERVICES POLSKA Sp. z o.o. Documentation arrives with the delivery: VAT invoice, technical specification, certificate, packaging information. A complete set ready to pass on.
We import the raw material, beneficiate it in our own plant (1,100,000 t/year), mechanically sort and package it at Polish terminals. At every stage — our decisions, our standards. It doesn't depend on whatever happens to be available on the market.
Documented reserves of the Zhalyn deposit: 32,914,000 tonnes. We don't buy on the spot market and are not dependent on current market conditions. If you order a product in September and it works well for your customers — in January we'll deliver exactly the same.

Uniform 8–25 mm fraction and HGI hardness of 49 translate to trouble-free feeder operation on the end customer's side. Low ash content (< 5%) means less waste and longer service intervals — reducing support calls and building repeat orders.
Pea Coal Dobre Ciepło is enriched hard coal from a single deposit — Zhalyn in Kazakhstan. The raw material passes through our own beneficiation plant with a capacity of 1,100,000 t/year, where calorific value is raised, ash content lowered and gangue removed. Upon arrival in Poland, the product undergoes additional mechanical screening to ensure a uniform 8–25 mm fraction.
High grain hardness (HGI 49) and a low caking index (RI < 10) make pea coal suitable for retort and screw-feeder boilers — it operates stably without blocking the feeder. Low ash content (< 5%) means less combustion waste and longer intervals between cleaning.
Every batch is certified by INCOLAB SERVICES POLSKA Sp. z o.o. — an independent accredited body. The quality certificate confirms compliance with the Fuel Quality Monitoring and Control Act and is included in the documentation of every order.

Stable 40–80 mm fraction and low ash content (< 8%) are parameters valued by customers heating their homes with chamber boilers. Large, uniform pieces make hand loading easier and provide a long burn time — resulting in lower consumption and positive end-customer feedback.
Nut Coal I Dobre Ciepło is sorted hard coal from a single deposit — Zhalyn in Kazakhstan. The 40–80 mm fraction is obtained by mechanical screening after the beneficiation process, providing uniform, large pieces ideal for hand loading.
High calorific value (≥ 26,000 kJ/kg) and low sulphur content (≤ 0.8%) translate to long burn time and minimal emissions. 40–80 mm pieces burn evenly and for a long time — which is key in chamber boilers and tiled stoves where stable temperature throughout the day matters.

Dobre Ciepło is our bagged coal brand — a combination of our own raw material base, a beneficiation plant and logistics infrastructure in Poland.
